We want to make sure every customer is happy and receives a premium product. If for some reason you wish to cancel or return your order we have the following policy in place:

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals in tact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product. Once received a refund will be issued within 5 UK business days.

All returns must be sent via tracked & signed delivery to the below address. Please ensure you include your name and order number. Once sent kindly email the tracking number to info@elitemii.com
